The death has occurred of Vera (Catherine) Goss née Rogers, Tullow, Co. Carlow and formerly of Killala, Co. Mayo – 14th October 2022 in the exceptional loving care of the staff of Our Lady’s Hospice & Care Services, Harold’s Cross, Dublin 6; predeceased by her husband Cyril, her parents Catherine and Michael, her five brothers and four sisters; cherished and adored mother to Andy, Martin, Julie, Marie and Noel, her daughters-in-law Cathy, Jen and Sarah and sons-in-law Redmond and Edwin; much loved nana to Brian, Emer, Orla, Aidan, Brendan, Hannah, Róisín, Ronan, Laura, Charlie, Evan and Elsa, sister-in-law Ada, brother-in-law Vincent, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives and friends.

Reposing in Halligan’s Funeral Home, Station Road, Rathvilly (Eircode R93 C560) on Sunday evening, 16th October from 3pm. with removal at 7pm. to The Church of The Most Holy Rosary, Tullow arriving for 7.30pm. Requiem Mass on Monday at 11am. after which she will be laid to rest with Cyril in Knockananna Cemetery, Co. Wicklow.
